GRADUATION/COMPLETION TARGETS FOR STUDENTS FROM THE BOTTOM TWO FINANCIAL DECILES (DOMESTIC)
order to ensure that students from the bottom two financial deciles especially local students complete their program, the top management approved a complimentary sum of RM2,000 for all local students whose family income falls under the bottom two financial deciles starting from November 2022 intake. The payment was made twice in a year to all the said students and it will continue until they graduate.
The said fund is a special intervention approved to serve as a relief for the local students particularly those who falls under the bottom two financial deciles. The fund is made available to support their basic needs while studying at Lincoln University College.
Similarly, other financial supports were also given through the university partners in form of scholarship. These scholarship ranges between a sum of Ten Thousand Malaysian Ringgit RM10,000.00 to One Hundred Thousand Malaysian Ringgit (RM105,000).
PROVIDE SUPPORT (E.G FOOD, HOUSING, TRANSPORTATION, LEGAL SERVICES) FOR STUDENTS FROM POOREST FAMILIES
The Management of Lincoln University College have been providing lots of support which include full scholarship that covers food, housing, transportation, legal, and medical services for students from poorest families to enable them complete university through various initiatives. Some of the activities in this regard are stated in the submitted report.

SCHEMES TO SUPPORT POOR STUDENTS FROM LOW OR LOWER MIDDLE INCOME COUNTRIES
Due to the continuous and not ending economic crisis that made millions of families suffers financially globally, especially the low and lower middle-income countries, the management of Lincoln University College are extending their scholarship scheme to reach students from low and lower middle-income countries as well as war zone countries.
In line with our philosophy of "Education for all", Lincoln University College is committed to make quality education accessible and affordable to everyone without any limitation. Hence, the management approved 70% - 90% Scholarship for all international students from the aforementioned countries for 2022 - 2023 admission intakes.
ASSISTANCE PROVIDED IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY ASSISTING THE STARTUP OF SUSTAINABLE BUSINESSES THROUGH RELEVANT EDUCATION AND RESOURCES.
The Management of Lincoln University College in collaboration with various NGOs provide assistance in the local community assisting the startup of sustainable businesses through relevant education and vocational trainings. The activities that were carried out did not only contribute towards the eradication of poverty but also make the participants self-reliance. Some of the activities that were done in the year 2022 - 2023 are stated in the submitted report.
ASSISTANCE PROVIDED IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY ASSISTING THE STARTUP OF SUSTAINABLE BUSINESSES THROUGH RELEVANT EDUCATION AND RESOURCES.
The Management of Lincoln University College in collaboration with Florina Tours Travel SDN BHD, South East Asian Education Trust, K Management Support SDN. BHD., Maxura Healthcare SDN BHD, and International Beauty Health and Education Association (IBHEA) jointly provide financial assistance to the local community assisting the startup of sustainable businesses. Among the supports provided were full scholarships, grants and vocational trainings.
TRAININGS AND PROGRAMMES ORGANIZED BY LINCOLN UNIVERSITY COLLEGE TO IMPROVE ACCESS TO BASIC SERVICES FOR ALL

HEALTH OUTREACH PROGRAMMES ORGANIZED BY LINCOLN UNIVERSITY COLLEGE AND COLLABORATION PARTNERS
Lincoln University College Malaysia have delivered outreach programmes in the local community in order to promote good health and wellbeing of the people and society.

SHARED SPORTS FACILITIES WITH THE LOCAL COMMUNITY PROVIDED BY LINCOLN UNIVERSITY COLLEGE FOR FREE
Lincoln University College have been using the facilities and premises of GetWell Physiotherapy Centre for conducting Fitness Training Programs on public awareness on health-related issues. These Fitness Training Programs were conducted at free of charge for students, staff, and the general public. The programs were conducted as part of "CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY" from Lincoln University College towards Malaysian Community. On the 30th of June 2023, the agreement with GetWell Physiotherapy Center was renewed for another period of 5 years.
SEXUAL AND REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH CARE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES FOR STUDENTS OF LUC ORGANIZED BY LINCOLN UNIVERSITY COLLEGE AND COLLABORATION PARTNERS
Lincoln University College have conducted series of educational activities on "Sexual and Reproductive Health Care Services” for staff, students and general public. These activities provide the participants access to knowledge on sexual and reproductive health-care services that include lots of interesting educational topics. MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT PROGRAMMES DELIVERED TO STAFF AND STUDENTS OF LINCOLN UNIVERSITY COLLEGE
The Management of Lincoln University College do not take the mental health of the staff and students for granted. Among the efforts that were put in place was the policy on Mental Health and Wellbeing that was released through our Vice Chancellor Dato Ambassador. Mohd Yusoff A. Baker. LUC also have a counselling unit headed by Counsellor Ms. Siti Izati Binti Ismail (PA 06541). This unit has been providing both students and staff with access to mental health support through counselling.
SMOKE-FREE POLICY TO PROMOTE GOOD HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF STAFF AND STUDENTS OF LINCOLN UNIVERSITY COLLEGE
To maintain a healthy and safe environment for all, the management of Lincoln University College have released a policy on “Smoking-free Campus”. The aim is to make the university campus smoke free thoroughly. LUC wants to provide a healthy and safe environment for all employees, students, volunteers and visitors. LUC recognizes the risks associated with second-hand smoke and wishes to protect its employees, students, volunteers and visitors from these risks.
PUBLIC EVENTS ON LIFELONG LEARNING ORGANIZED BY LINCOLN UNIVERSITY COLLEGE AND COLLABORATION PARTNERS
